We take a blended approach to learning using interactive training delivery coupled with project–based learning sets which ensures that learners spend at least 60 per cent of their time applying their new insights to work–based projects. Our facilitators ensure that new learning is immediately translated into changes in individuals' behaviour, which leads to changes in business results.
