The PPBI team are not another consultancy or training organisation, but highly talented people who have experienced major business improvement first hand. PPBI grew out of Power Panels Electrical Systems, a company which saw unimaginable success brought about through an applied approach to work-based learning. The PPBI team lived through six years' of cultural and behavioural change driven by a strategic approach to developing the attitudes, competencies and skills of employees.

It is this team of business improvement leaders, many of whom are Six Sigma black belts, that develop and implement PPBI's business improvement programmes.
